AusTex VoIP will send you a pre-configured server based on the Acer Aspire Revo AR1600-U910H. This powerful and quiet little platform will come with all the software needed to get you started in making free mobile to mobile phone calls. All you will need to do is power it up and hook it into your current LAN network for it to become fully operational.

AusTex VoIP works directly with the customer to pre-configure the server for all mobile phones that will eventually be used on the system. Each mobile phone is assigned a unique extension number, and calls between cell phones can be accomplished simply by dialing the 3 or 4 digit extensnion. This system is able to handle an unlimited number of extensnions, and the number of simultaneous calls is limited by the bandwidth available on your network. A 10/1 business class cable internet service should allow up to 10 simultaneous calls.

It does not matter where the employee is located, whether in the office, out to lunch, out of town, or out of the country, as long as there is either a 3G or Wi-Fi connection available, their cell phone will be connected and reachable. Can be used on many popular smartphones regardless of wireless carrier.

  • Someone in the organization that is familiar with your network router (IT Admin) who can forward appropriate ports to the server. (We are always willing to help walk you through the process if you don't have someone familiar with your router)
